    • Access to the webinar will require a stable internet connection and a compatible device. Instructions for accessing the webinar will be emailed to the address provided during registration.

  2. Registration and Payment

    • Your registration is considered complete once payment is received in full.

    • Payment is non-refundable except under the conditions specified in the cancellation policy.

  3. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the webinar will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the webinar will not be eligible for a refund.

  4. Recording and Materials

    • The webinar may be recorded. By participating, you consent to the recording, which may include your name, voice, and/or likeness.

    • Any materials provided during the webinar are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the organizer.

  5. Technical Issues

    • The organizer is not responsible for technical issues experienced by participants, including but not limited to internet outages, device malfunctions, or platform incompatibility.

    • If the webinar is canceled or rescheduled due to technical difficulties on the organizer's end, participants will be notified, and registration fees will be refunded or transferred to the rescheduled event, as per participant preference.

    • Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during the webinar. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.
